Some slippers are thin and not intended for long term wear. With this knowledge, no refunds will be given because of the quality of the slippers.
Not all slippers have hard rubber soles. Soles may vary between eva and hard for any order at any time.
Slippers may vary from the advertised photo depending on availability.
The color of the slippers may vary from screen to screen. There will be no refunds given for color issues.
Items that have been marked delivered to the address you provided via your Etsy profile or through messaging when ordering will not be refunded. However, this seller will assist in helping locate the package.
***DAMAGED or WRONG ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item(s) you have 14 days from the shipped date to report mistakes and/or damages in order for a replacement or refund to be given. A photo must be sent along with your request for a refund or replacement of the damages and or mistakes made on your order.
DAMAGES AND ERRORS ASSOCIATED WITH YOU ORDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED AFTER 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE SHIPPED DATE.
APPROVED RETURNS FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENTS:

1. The seller must agree to a refund or replacements.
2. The items must be returned in resellable unworn condition.
3. The items must be returned within 7 days of the refund being agreed upon.
4. A tracking number must be provided.
5. Lost items in the mail will not be refunded.
6. Items returned after 7 calendar days will be returned to sender and will not be refunded.
7. Once received and inspected, a refund will be granted for all items in resellable condition.
8. All items that are not in resellable condition will be returned to the customer or discarded with customer permission.
9. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer unless the mistake or damage is on the seller's behalf.
10. If there is a mistake or damage on the seller's behalf a return label will be provided. Labels will be cancelled if item is not placed in the mail within 4 calendar days.
11. If you are returning your items for a replacement, the items must scanned as in-transit prior to the new item being send out.
Returns for EU Customers
You have a right to return your unused-resellable items within 14 days of receipt if it is not a custom made product. If your items is any other color, font, or syle than what is listed in the first photo it is considered custom. Once the item is received by the seller a refund will be issued within 14 days.

All slippers and socks will be shipped within the processing time listed on each listing or on the ship date chosen when ordering.
Processing times may be extended further out than the expected or chosen ship date if the quantity of your order is over 10 items or you do not respond the messages concerning the customization of your order.
Processing times may be extended due to holiday rush, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that shipping times have been extended on all items, a shop announcement will be made unless the seller has been injured and cannot make an announcement.
If you place an order and ask for the name of the font used to process your order and it is provided the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.
The pricing of items that allows you to choose a ship date is for the items only. That price is not the price of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Discounts are given in the drop down menu for some items. The further in advance you order the cheaper the price.
SELLER APPROVED RUSH:
This option cannot be chosen unless you have spoken with the seller first and a date has been set and approved by the seller to ship. If you choose this option and you have not spoken with the seller, your order is subject to cancellation. If it is not cancelled it will be shipped on the next available shipping date. You may also be given the option to purchase rush shipping.
FONT COLORS: There is a 2 color max for the entire order. You may have many items in your cart but only two colors are allowed for an entire order of slippers. After that, a 5.00 color change fee per color will be due.
Slippers fit women sizes 8 to 10 and are one size.
Some black slippers fit women sizes 6-8. Please inquire
Men sizes are 7 to 9
There is a larger size for women up to a 12 and men up to a 10 in white slippers only.
We DO NOT carry men sizes in Flip Flops. All Flip Flops are for women.
